Rankin Road Center
We have been proud to partner with and continue to develop the Baker Hughes Rankin Road Center since 2002. It is estimated that we have constructed or renovated 800,000 sq. ft. of this manufacturing center. This manufacturing center built in Houston is for oilfield tools and houses offices, laboratory facilities (fluids, chemicals, and electronics) and assembly and collaboration areas.
Rankin Office Building
One of our commercial specialties is office buildings. The Rankin Office Building is located at the Baker Hughes Rankin Complex. This building is a 165,148 sq. ft. office building. With structural steel frame covered with precast panels and glass, the building is both functional and beautiful. The interior has a three floor atrium and reception area, private offices and cubicles, executive suites and two Beacon Rooms. In addition to the office building, we added in a new chiller and cooling tower and standby generator power to support this building.
The Center for Technology (CTI)
The Center for Technology (CTI) is an office and laboratory built in Houston specifically designed for research and technology for Baker Hughes. There is a shop side of the campus that includes a 29,584 sq. ft. high bay, tilt wall, air conditioned shop and 15,664 sq. ft. state-of-the-art CNC machine shop. There is also laboratory space, psi test cells, and horizontal test cells. The engineering side of campus is a 94,532 sq. ft. two story, tilt wall and glass structure that consists of offices, laboratory, training rooms, and a 70-auditorium.
Karbach Brewery Distribution Warehouse
Another project we are proud of in Houston is the Karbach Brewery Distribution Warehouse. This was a specialty-purpose office design build located in the heart of Houston, Texas. This pre-engineered metal building is both functional and clean, allowing for high-quality work to be done within the doors of the warehouse. Navigation Office Renovation and Parking
More than just builds, we also do interior renovations and restorations! A recent renovation in Houston was the Navigation Office Renovation and Parking. These pictures will take you through the construction process all the way to a nicely finished building! The 75,000 sq. ft. interior renovation was a huge improvement for the tenant, and we’re happy to be able to improve their office and provide more space for parking, too!
