Keep Yourself Busy

Jun 5, 2020

In a time where things have begun to slow down, try to keep yourself busy. There’s always more work to be done, you can always find something to focus on and improve. When you have more time on your hands, it allows you to dive into the relationships and project details that you’ve had on autopilot for a while.

Is it time to revisit your list of prospects and check in on how they’re doing? It never hurts! Reviewing your client relationships is always beneficial. When your client hears from you on a weekly or monthly basis, you are building and establishing a loyal and trusting relationship with them. They’ll feel more obliged to be honest with you about their thoughts towards your services instead of speaking internally and make decisions without your influence. Give your clients a call!

Have you always followed the same task set and rules when implementing a project plan? How is it working? Have you ever had time to revisit the process and evaluate if your time is being spent properly? It might be a good idea to run through the process and find where the holes are! Take the time to dive in and see what has worked best in the past, as well as what has added additional time and money that could have been saved!

Let’s stick together as businesses working through this tough time. Make the most of your downtime and come out stronger in the end!
